Responsibilities:
Respond to support requests and provide timely resolution to IT-related issues, either in-person, over the phone, or via remote support tools.
Install, configure, and troubleshoot computer hardware, software, and peripheral devices.
Diagnose and resolve network connectivity issues, ensuring a stable and secure network environment.
Collaborate with team members to implement IT projects and system upgrades.
Create and maintain documentation of IT procedures, configurations, and troubleshooting guides.
Monitor and manage IT systems to ensure optimal performance and uptime.
Assist in maintaining and improving IT security measures.
Educate and support end-users on IT best practices and efficient use of technology.
Provide technical training to employees as needed.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Or at least 2 years of relevant professional experience.
Proven experience as an IT Support Engineer or in a similar role.
Solid understanding of computer hardware, software, and network systems (Wi-Fi, VLANs, IPsec/SSL VPN).
Proficiency in Windows and macOS operating systems. Familiarity with Azure AD (Entra ID), Autopilot, Intune, Endpoint manager, Microsoft 365.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with a strong attention to detail.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills in English and Bulgarian with the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical users.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
Open to travel abroad occasionally.
