    Tech Stack / Requirements

    We are seeking a Business Analyst (BA) with strong accounting knowledge and proven experience in financial reporting systems. The ideal candidate will bring both functional expertise and hands-on experience in system implementations, stakeholder engagement, requirements gathering, and manual testing. Prior experience in banking or a solid understanding of financial products is highly preferred.

     

    Description of the role:

    – Collaborate with business stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and timelines.

    – Elicit, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.

    – Facilitate communication between business units and technical teams.

    – Perform gap analysis and identify areas for process improvement.

    – Design, document, and maintain business processes, workflows, and models using tools such as BPMN.

    – Write and execute test cases, test plans, and test strategies for application development and implementation.

    – Provide end-to-end support throughout the project lifecycle.

    – Prepare high-quality presentations, process flows, and documentation using tools such as MS PowerPoint and Visio.

    – Analyze and evaluate current systems, identifying areas for upgrade or optimization.

    – Ensure alignment with software development life cycle (SDLC) methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall.

     

    Needed qualifications:

     

    – Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.

    – Experience with banking or understanding of banking financial products is a strong advantage.

    – Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills.

    – Ability to work independently and collaboratively across cross-functional teams.

    – Stakeholder management and interpersonal communication skills.

    – Practical experience with requirement and test management tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or Azure DevOps.

    – Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

    – 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.

    – Solid understanding of SDLC and experience working within structured project environments.

    – Proven track record in implementing financial/accounting systems.

    – Experience in manual functional testing.

    – Upper-intermediate or higher level of English (written and spoken).

    – Experience with business process modeling (preferably using BPMN).
