We are seeking a Python Data Engineer.
Start: asap
Duration: until the End of 2025 (extension possible)
Workload: variable, at least 1–2 days per week
Location: remote

Requirements:

• Good knowledge of SQL and Python
• Interest and initial experience with databases and ETL processes
• Analytical thinking and a structured approach to work
• Independence and desire to learn new things.
• Experience with Snowflake or comparable cloud databases

Responsibilities:

• Transferring an existing data transformation process to Snowflake
• Setting up a multi-layered database structure (staging, transformation, data marts)
• Developing an extended star schema model (tables, views, structures) in Snowflake
• Implementation according to specifications and own optimization
• Documentation and clean handover
