What you’ll do:

• AI-Paired Development: Use Claude, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, and autonomous agents to build scalable Java applications—you direct strategy, AI handles boilerplate and implementation details.

• Prompt-Driven Architecture: Design systems by articulating requirements to AI agents; review, refine, and integrate their output into production-grade fintech solutions.

• Agent Orchestration: Chain multiple AI tools for database optimization, API design, and code generation—becoming a force multiplier for the team.

• Human-in-the-Loop Leadership: Mentor others on effective AI collaboration patterns and maintain code quality standards in an agent-assisted workflow.

You bring:

• Java Foundation: 3+ years experience—you know what good code looks like and can evaluate AI-generated solutions.

• Database & API Fluency: Strong enough to guide agents through complex database design and REST architecture.

• AI Tooling Mindset: Comfortable iterating with LLMs, debugging agent outputs, and integrating AI-generated code.

• English Proficiency: Clear communication with both humans and AI systems.

Bonus Points:

• Experience with AI coding tools (Cursor, Copilot, Aider, Claude Code).

• Familiarity with prompt engineering, agent frameworks, or LangChain.

• Background in Spring Boot, microservices, Docker/Kubernetes, CI/CD.
