Java Engineer – Crypto

Join MM Fintech as we pioneer AI-powered development workflows in the crypto and blockchain space. You’ll leverage LLMs and autonomous coding agents to design and deploy crypto-focused financial systems faster, smarter, and more securely than traditional methods allow.

What you’ll do:

• AI-Paired Crypto Development: Collaborate with Claude, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, and other AI agents to build scalable Java applications for crypto platforms—you set the strategy, AI handles boilerplate and implementation.

• Prompt-Driven Architecture: Define system requirements for blockchain, DeFi, or crypto payment solutions; review, refine, and integrate AI-generated output into production-grade financial systems.

• Agent Orchestration: Chain multiple AI tools to optimize smart contract interactions, API design, and backend services—becoming a force multiplier for the team.

• Human-in-the-Loop Leadership: Mentor colleagues on AI-assisted development practices and ensure code quality across crypto applications.

You bring:

• Java Foundation: 3+ years experience in Java development—you can evaluate AI-generated code and produce robust solutions.

• Database & API Fluency: Deep understanding of relational and NoSQL databases, REST APIs, and blockchain integration.

• Crypto Knowledge: Familiarity with blockchain concepts, smart contracts, or crypto protocols is a strong plus.

• AI Tooling Mindset: Comfortable iterating with LLMs, debugging agent outputs, and integrating AI-generated code.

Bonus Points:

• Experience with AI coding tools like Cursor, Copilot, Aider, or Claude Code.

• Familiarity with prompt engineering, agent frameworks, or LangChain.

• Background in Spring Boot, microservices, Docker/Kubernetes, CI/CD.

• Hands-on experience with blockchain frameworks (Ethereum, Solana, Hyperledger, etc.).
