The professional on this position would:
Understand and translate business requirements from stakeholders into BI solutions (data models, KPIs, reports, dashboards).
Deliver actionable insights to answer key business questions using data-driven analysis.
Design, develop, automate, optimize, test and deploy interactive dashboards, reports and visualizations in Tableau Cloud.
Create, optimize and maintain SQL queries for data extraction and transformation from various sources.
Build and analyze logical data models and frameworks (relationships, measures, facts, attributes, hierarchies).
Create, maintain, and deliver scheduled and ad-hoc reports across departments (marketing, sales, customer service, finance, logistics, etc.) using BI tools, Excel, and Google Sheets.
Help shape and maintain best-practice data structures and ensure data quality.
Stay up to date with technology trends, evaluate new tools/methodologies and propose solutions when relevant.
Collaborate with the Development team on integrating new systems and tools.
What your super powers should be:
Experience with data models, transformations, validation, and ensuring data accuracy and consistency.
Experience with SQL and Relational databases.
Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Looker Studio or similar).
Experience working with Excel and Google Sheets for data validation, quick analyses, and reporting.
Knowledge of data validation, cleansing, and transformation techniques.
Knowledge of methodology for formulating Key Performance Indicators.
Good interpersonal skills – ability to build good relationships with teams and management.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Self-driven, proactive mindset, you like adrenaline and have energy.
