This is your job:
Responsible for execution of new customer provisioning.
Plan and execute the regular software upgrades and patch upgrades
Perform SAP Cloud system application administration and troubleshooting
Perform cloud application administration on SAP cloud platform
Handle different types of customer requests (user management, certificates, connectivity issues, troubleshooting) as per the agreed SLAs.
Coordinate with SAP teams in case of a customer issue or escalation
Engage proactively and coordinate escalations during P1 issues
Improve and optimize performance of SAP Cloud system resources and platform capabilities
Perform regular daily/weekly/monthly activities like activities hand-over, housekeeping etc.
Actively drive process improvements (like escalation, provisioning, upgrade etc)
Review current architecture and develop plans for improvements based on best practices
