This is why we are expanding our Platform&Payments Department team and are now looking for fresh and enthusiastic people to join us in the exciting digital world of iGaming.

    The Release Train Engineer (RTE) is responsible for the successful delivery of large-scale, complex Agile projects within an organization. The RTE leads multiple Agile teams (the Agile Release Train or ART) to deliver product features on time and within scope while ensuring effective communication and collaboration across teams.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Lead the Agile Release Train (ART) with confidence, clarity, and a bias for action
    • Facilitate PI Planning, ART Syncs, Inspect & Adapt workshops, and other key SAFe ceremonies
    • Foster relentless collaboration across teams, aligning delivery with business objectives
    • Remove systemic impediments and drive continuous improvement across the value stream
    • Partner with Product Management and System Architects to ensure clear vision and strategic alignment
    • Coach Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and leaders in Lean-Agile mindset and flow thinking
    • Bring data to the table—using flow metrics, velocity, and predictability to fuel real decisions
    • Keep delivery transparent, predictable, and focused on customer value

    Required Skills and Qualifications:

    • Proven experience as a Release Train Engineer, Scrum Master, or in a similar Agile leadership role
    • Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks, particularly SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework)
    • Excellent facilitation, coaching, and conflict-resolution skills
    • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple teams and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
    • Experience in large-scale Agile transformations is a plus
    • Knowledge of continuous delivery, DevOps, and automation practices is advantageous
    • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
    • Relevant certifications (e.g., SAFe RTE, Scrum Master, Agile Coach) are a plus
