We’re looking for a proactive and hands-on System Administrator who is eager to take ownership and drive improvements, a problem-solver with solid technical expertise, curiosity for new solutions, and a collaborative mindset to support the team’s success.

What you will do:

• Manage and maintain internal IT systems and infrastructure
• Network administration and troubleshooting
• Implement and maintain IT security policies and best practices
• Set up and configure laptops for new and existing employees
• Administer internal systems and tools (user access management, permissions, updates)
• Research, analyze, test, implement, and support new solutions aligned with the company’s needs

What you will need:

• At least 3 years of proven experience as a System Administrator or similar role
• Кnowledge of Linux systems
• Кnowledge of Networking (TCP/IP, VPN, firewalls, routing)
• Familiarity with basic security concepts and practical implementation of security controls
• Any Hands-on experience with Jira administration
• Experience in user access management
• Computer literacy and the ability to work with a wide range of tools
• Strong problem-solving skills and hands-on experience in IT operations

Nice to Have:

• Experience with user access management in cloud environments, preferably Azure
• Experience with Unifi network solutions
• Previous work with solution research & implementation
• A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a relevant field
• Relevant certifications such as

-ACP Certification in Jira Administration

-Atlassian Cloud Organization Admin

-Cisco CCNA certification
