    Responsibilities

    • Providing 1st and 2nd level IT on-site and remote support to Tinqin employees.
    • Supporting Windows systems and services: Desktops, Printers and Servers.
    • Supporting and ensuring maintenance of IT infrastructure: Wireless/wired networks, passive/active network devices and LAN/WAN services.
    • Diagnosing and resolving ongoing hardware/software issues.
    • Carrying out periodic updates of the operating systems or applicable software.
    • Effectively participating in local and global projects.
    • Having responsibility for the maintenance and update of hardware inventories and software licenses.
    • Managing local IT procurement.
    • Contributing to the creation/change of documentation, knowledge base, and manuals, and participating and supporting knowledge sharing, as part of an IT team.
    • Following relevant IT and security processes, policies, guidelines, standards, and blueprints.
    • Providing regular reports such as change requests, incident reports, etc.
    • Maintaining a positive and helpful attitude for any incoming support requests.
    • Undertaking any other related tasks assigned by management.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or another related field.
    • Excellent knowledge of the English languages, both verbal and written.
    • 1-3 years of experience in a similar role.
    • Previous experience with Microsoft operating systems: Windows 11, Windows Server 2016 and above.
    • Good knowledge in Microsoft based infrastructure – AD, DNS, and DHCP.
    • Knowledge of Office 365/SharePoint/Teams/Azure AD/MDM is advantage.
    • Experience with Jira Service Management.
    • Good understanding of TCP/IP, roles of network appliances and services.
    • Experience in writing technical documentation.
    • Ability to understand and resolve network and performance related problems.
    • Experience with Scripts & automation is advantage – PowerShell.
    • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
