Who we are:

We are Ethera Technologies, a fast-growing Bulgarian AI consultancy and development company. We’re expanding our technical team to meet growing client demand for complete AI transformation cycles – from strategy to implementation.

What you’ll do:

• Integrate Large Language Models (LLMs) like OpenAI, Claude into real business solutions

• Build RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) systems with LangChain and vector databases

• Develop robust APIs with clean, scalable architecture

• Connect AI components with structured/unstructured data sources

• Design and run data pipelines for document processing (PDF, web scraping, databases)

• Create intelligent systems with multi-agent reasoning patterns

• Collaborate with consultants and clients for ethical AI implementation

• Participate in building the company’s technical standards

What we’re looking for:

🔹Python (3+ years) with focus on production-ready code

🔹Hands-on AI/ML APIs and LLM integrations (OpenAI, Claude, Anthropic)

🔹Fluent in LangChain framework for complex AI workflow development

🔹Deep understanding of RAG systems and prompt optimization techniques

🔹Comfortable with Vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, Chroma)

🔹Solid with RESTful API development and external system integrations

🔹Familiar with relational databases (PostgreSQL preferred)

🔹Comfortable with data processing workflows for structured and unstructured data

Nice to Have:

• Data Science / Machine Learning experience (model training, statistical analysis)

• Falimiarity with Docker, CI/CD, cloud deployment (AWS/Azure)

• Exposure to multi-agent systems and function calling patterns

• Esperience with document processing (PDF, web scraping, OCR)

• Background in consulting environment or B2B product experience
