We are seeking a talented engineer to lead a small team, build innovative features, and create solutions that strengthen our mission.

🚀 What You’ll Do

• Lead a small engineering team while designing and developing new features for our platform (mostly backend, with some frontend tasks).
• Integrate with various blockchain networks, including APIs, explorers, L2 solutions, bridges, and tokens.
• Maintain and improve deployment operations to ensure smooth performance.
• Analyze and process blockchain data to support new insights and functionality.

🔍 What We’re Looking For

Technical Skills

• Strong problem-solving abilities and critical thinking.
• Solid understanding of system design beyond basic CRUD applications.
• Experience with client-server architectures, backend services, and data modeling.
• Hands-on experience with infrastructure setups (Docker, bare metal, serverless, cloud).
• Knowledge of different data storage solutions (SQL, NoSQL, Redis, file storage).
• Logging, monitoring, and observability, including distributed systems.
• Proficiency in TypeScript/Node.js (backend focus, some frontend).
• Database schema design and query optimization skills.
• Experience in monitoring and observability systems.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• 5+ years of professional experience.
• Pragmatic approach: you know not every problem needs a new library.
• Familiarity with EVM and smart contracts is a plus.

Non-Technical Qualities

• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Open-minded and adaptable to an unconventional work setup.
• Ability to think big picture and solve abstract problems.
• Mentorship skills to guide junior engineers.
• Proactive, curious, and unafraid to ask questions.
