Opportunity

As a Program Delivery Director you will play a critical role in managing our large programs ensuring successful execution and exceeding client expectation

Your responsibilities

• Lead implementation project representing our Professional Services organization at customer’s site.
• Overall Program Management ensuring cohesive project execution.
• Manage Scope and Change effectively to align with project objectives.
• Oversee Time Management to ensure timely project completion.
• Administer Project Cost Management for optimal resource utilization.
• Uphold Quality Management standards throughout the project lifecycle.
• Efficiently manage resources, both internal and external.
• Facilitate Communication Management to keep stakeholders informed.
• Identify and manage Risks effectively to prevent project setbacks.
• Play a key role in commercial discussions with clients.
• Ensure clear and well-defined project scope during negotiations.
• Regularly communicate program status to executive management.
• Participate in decision-making on critical issues with sponsors, stakeholders, and the project team
• Escalate conflicts or issues affecting project outcomes to executive management.
• Provide comprehensive supporting information for escalated matters.
• Establish, organize and manage the project team, utilizing internal and external resources.

What you bring to the table

• Proven experience as a Program/Delivery Director or in a similar role
• In-depth understanding of Project Management methodologies and practices
• Strong negotiation and commercial skills.
• Excellent communication and decision-making abilities.
• Proficient in project documentation and compliance.
• Ability to lead and collaborate with diverse project teams.
• Skilled in risk identification, mitigation, and management.
• Familiarity with agile and hybrid project management methodologies.
• Capacity to adapt to changing project needs and requirements.
• Fluent in English required, Spanish and/or German are a plus
• Relevant certifications (e.g., PMI)
