What is your new role:
manage the internal systems software development team product backlog and prioritize tasks according to business goals and technical capabilities;
gain in-depth understanding of the company’s internal systems and processes with the goal of improving and optimizing them;
define and communicate clear product requirements to the development team;
track projects progress, identify blockers, and ensure their timely resolution;
“translate” between business stakeholders and development teams;
coordinate the team, ensuring alignment between priorities and available resources.
What it takes:
2+ years of experience as a Product Owner or Project Manager (ideally, but not necessarily IoT);
proven track record in software development teams;
solid understanding of product management and software development processes;
excellent organizational, and analytical skills;
strong communication skills with ability to “translate” business requirements into technical tasks;
ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment;
a degree in Information Technology or related fields is considered a strong advantage;
being committed to working from our office to achieve best results, through efficiency, direct communication and good relationships with colleagues.
