Senior UX/UI Designer, Online Games

As a Principal UX/UI Designer, you will be responsible for leading the user experience strategy and design for complex digital products and platforms, influencing product direction, mentoring junior designers, and establishing design best practices.

Responsibilities

• 5+ years of experience in UX/UI design, with a portfolio showcasing expertise in the end-to-end design process
• Highly proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud and Figma and with experience creating design systems
• Solid understanding of information architecture, user flows, design systems, and user-centered design principles
• Excellent understanding of UI/UX principles
• Excellent visual design skills
• Excellent knowledge of mobile & responsive web design
• Strong presentation skills, ability to guide teams, and clear communication with stakeholders at all levels
• A deep understanding of user needs and the ability to navigate complex stakeholder dynamics.
• Passion for clear design, knowledge of typography, and color theory
• Up to date with the latest design, UI trends, techniques, and technologies
• Good time management and multitasking skills
• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects and demonstrating proficiency in user-centered design methodologies

Requirements

• Create user flows, wireframes, high-fidelity prototypes, and design systems to ensure intuitive and engaging user experiences
• Define and execute long-term design strategy, identify opportunities for innovation, and drive design thinking methodology across the company
• Partner with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to align on product vision and deliver cohesive user experiences
• Establish and evolve design standards, create design systems, document processes, and conduct design reviews
• Apply user research insights, usability testing, and data analytics to inform design decisions and improve product outcomes
• Mentor junior designers, provide constructive feedback, and foster a culture of design excellence and innovation
