In connection with expanding the teams of our partners, we are looking for a ServiceNow Process & Strategy Consultant!

Requirements:

• B2 level proficiency in German.

• Proven experience in customer consultancy or project management.

• 5+ years of experience in GRC, including control assessments, risk assessments, and issue remediation.

• Ability to guide and train others on control frameworks such as COBIT, NIST, ISO 27001, and more.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities:

• Transform business needs into technical user stories and solution designs.

• Support the sales process by creating and presenting client proposals.

• Lead workshops with clients to gather business and technical requirements.

• Conduct demonstrations and user training for new processes and applications.

• Provide technical input and support throughout the sales cycle.
