    Job Description:

    As an Integrations Manager at Телематик Интерактив България АД, you will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between our technical teams and external partners. Your primary responsibility will be to gather and define technical requirements and effectively communicate and coordinate with both internal and external development teams. Your ability to understand complex technical details, coupled with excellent communication skills, will ensure smooth integrations and successful project outcomes.

    Key Responsibilities:

    – Onboard, test, and support API integrations, ensuring seamless and secure communication between systems.

    – Gather, analyze, and document technical requirements for integration projects.

    – Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product management,

    engineering, and customer support, to understand integration requirements and deliver optimal solutions.

    – Act as the main point of contact for internal stakeholders and external partners, ensuring clear and effective communication.

    – Lead the end-to-end integration process, from gathering client requirements to troubleshooting and resolving integration-related issues.

    – Conduct thorough testing and quality assurance checks to ensure the integrity and reliability of integrations.

    – Provide technical expertise and guidance to clients and internal stakeholders throughout the integration lifecycle.

    – Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement solutions to keep projects on track.

    – Stay updated with the latest industry trends and emerging technologies related to API integrations.

    – Contribute to the improvement of internal integration processes and best practices.

    – Prepare and deliver regular status updates and reports to senior management and stakeholders.

    Qualifications:

    – Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).

    – Proven experience in a similar role, preferably within the online gaming or betting industry.

    – Experience with API implementations or documentation.

    – Proficiency in APIs, integration protocols, and data formats (e.g., REST, JSON, XML)

    – Experience with API documentation tools and standards, such as Swagger or Open API.

    – Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to diagnose and troubleshoot complex integration issues.

    – Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and clients.

    – Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

    – Fluency in Bulgarian; knowledge of English is a requirement.
