Technical Writer

We are looking for a Technical Writer to join our team.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

• Experience as a Technical Writer creating user-friendly documentation for software products, preferably in a cloud or platform-as-a-service (PaaS) environment.
• Ability to explain complex technical concepts in a clear, structured, and accessible way for both technical and semi-technical audiences.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure, including basic concepts like compute, storage, networking, and APIs.
• Proficiency with documentation and collaboration tools such as Confluence, Jira, and Atlassian suite products.
• Comfortable working closely with engineering, product, and customer success teams to gather information and keep content accurate and up-to-date.
• Excellent written English and attention to detail, with an ability to follow and maintain a consistent tone and structure.
• Experience organizing and maintaining documentation for internal and external users, including user guides, onboarding materials, FAQs, and release notes.

NICE TO HAVE:

• Relevant certifications such as AWS CP, AZ-900, CKAD and others.
• Familiarity with platform-level tools or services like CI/CD pipelines, monitoring, or identity management.
• Exposure to designing or maintaining documentation websites using tools like Markdown, static site generators, or CMS platforms.
• Comfortable using or documenting RESTful APIs or SDKs.
• Experience with diagramming tools (e.g., FigJam, Lucidchart) or creating visual aids for technical concepts.
• Knowledge of user feedback loops, documentation analytics, or SEO best practices for documentation.
• Interest in continuously improving the documentation process, tooling, and user experience.
