Your Role:

We’re looking for a Flow Configuration Lead who will take ownership of designing, configuring, and governance of the user flows within our iGaming platform. You will ensure that every step a user takes – from registration → KYC → deposit → play → withdrawal → retention – is configured systematically, consistently, and in line with business & regulatory requirements.

How You’ll Make an Impact:

User Flow Design & Ownership

• Work with Product and UX teams to map and maintain full user flows across features, geographies, and product verticals.
• Ensure configuration of flows reflects the product strategy, compliance mandates, and best UX practices.

Flow & Configuration Oversight

• Convert product & regulatory requirements into flow-configuration specifications and guidelines for teams such as Compliance, CRM, Payments, and Operations.
• Create and manage templates, standards, and playbooks for configuring flows.
• Ensure that interlinked flows work together without conflict or gaps — e.g. bonus/promotions flow intersecting with payment limits, or compliance flows intersecting with onboarding.

Cross-Team Alignment & Accountability

• Act as the owner for flow configuration changes; drive alignment across Product, Ops, Payments, Compliance, and Tech.
• Lead launch preparation for flow changes — review sessions, impact analysis, configuration change tracking.
• Manage change control / versioning of flows if applicable.

Quality Assurance & Validation

• Build test plans and test / validate flows before they go live. Detect inconsistencies, misconfigurations, or UX issues early.
• Maintain documentation (flow diagrams, change logs, rulebooks) and ensure shared visibility.
• Ensure configuration is scalable, readable, maintainable, reducing technical or operational debt.

Continuous Refinement & Regulatory Vigilance

• Capture stakeholder feedback (from operations, compliance, payments, players) to identify pain points, drop-offs, or friction in the flows.
• Propose improvements to speed, consistency, compliance, or UX, and lead their implementation.
• Monitor regulatory changes, competitor practices, and market best practices; adapt flows accordingly.

Who You Are:

• iGaming Experience Required: You have worked in iGaming with exposure to flow configuration, deployment, or product operations.
• Deep understanding of full user journey map components: onboarding/KYC, payments, promotions, retention, support, etc.
• Previous role(s) in Product, Business Analysis, Configuration Management, Product Operations, or similar.
• Excellent stakeholder management and ability to coordinate across Product, Compliance, Payments, Operations, and Tech.
• Very strong attention to detail and a mindset of quality assurance / flow integrity.
• Ability to document clearly: flow diagrams, playbooks, guidelines, configuration standards.
• Adaptability: comfortable reacting to changing requirements, regulatory updates, market shifts.
• Proficiency in English; bonus if familiar with local regulations or multilingual markets.
