    YOUR ROLE:

    We are looking for an experienced Product Manager to lead the development of our site building application with e-commerce functionality. As the Product Manager, you will take ownership of driving product discovery activities, conducting advanced competitor research in the SAAS domain, and maintaining a strategic product backlog and roadmap. You will guide a cross-functional team in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with short feedback loops to deliver high-impact, intelligent solutions to our users.

    YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Work with UX/UI designers to bring complex functionality in the form of user-friendly interfaces for our customers;
    • Create and maintain a healthy product backlog with clear acceptance criteria;
    • Lead collaboration with Product Designers, Marketing, Developers, Data Scientists, AI Engineers, QA, DevOps, and other teams to maximize product value;
    • Develop a deep understanding of user needs, pain points, and business opportunities;
    • Define the business logic and objectives for the development of the features;
    • Draft the written text for the user interface;
    • Build shared understanding and team alignment;
    • Communicate with 3rd party service providers and manage automated integrations;

    OUR EXPECTATIONS:

    • At least 3 years of experience as a Product Manager, Product Owner, Business analyst, System analyst, or similar role working with digital products;
    • Experience in the e-commerce industry is considered an advantage;
    • Experience with product discovery and product delivery;
    • Experience with issue tracking tools such as Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, etc;
    • SaaS experience is considered an advantage;
    • Great communication and collaboration skills within a cross-functional team;
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
    • Fluent English (both written and spoken);
    • Results-oriented person with a growth mindset.
