    JOB DESCRIPTION

    Overview:

    We are seeking a Junior to Mid-Level DevOps Engineer to support and maintain Bamboo CI (Atlassian) environments, build agents, and associated CI/CD infrastructure. You will collaborate closely with the Infrastructure team and senior DevOps engineers to ensure smooth operation of pipelines and CI/CD services.

    Responsibilities:

    • Day-to-day support and administration of Bamboo CI and build agents (Windows & Linux).
    • Troubleshoot CI/CD pipeline issues and provide support to development teams.
    • Collaborate with Infrastructure teams to ensure server and agent health.
    • Assist in upgrades, configuration, and maintenance of Bamboo CI and related services.
    • Support integration with artifact/package management tools (e.g., JFrog Artifactory).
    • Monitor system health, performance, and usage; escalate issues where needed.
    • Perform basic log analysis and monitoring to identify issues.
    • Participate in improving CI/CD processes and documentation.

    Requirements:

    • 2+ years of professional experience in DevOps, CI/CD, or system administration roles.
    • Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools (Bamboo CI preferred; Jenkins or GitLab CI acceptable).
    • Good understanding of Git and version control.
    • Good understanding of SDLC pipelines and software build processes.
    • Experience with Linux and Windows systems at a system administration or DevOps level.
    • Familiarity with artifact/package managers (e.g., JFrog Artifactory).
    • Basic scripting knowledge (Bash, PowerShell, Python, or Groovy).
    • Ability to analyze logs and monitoring data for issue identification.
    • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
    • Motivation to learn and grow in large-scale CI/CD environments.
