About the scope

• Using semantic services and technologies and have a direct impact and control on the final products, delivered to the clients
• Aggregation (crawling) of hundreds of thousands of units of information
• Storage and subsequent processing of large datasets
• Working with international clients and projects
• Develop and enhance various types of data-intensive applications including internal data management software, productivity and media analyses
• Develop and enhance applications with Django for interactive dashboards
• Debug and fix bugs across our applications
• Review, maintain and refactor existing code to meet the requirements for improved or new features

About you:

• 2+ years of software development experience
• Solid Python and Django Web framework knowledge, with good experience in backend web development
• Familiarity with PostgreSQL, HTTP, GNU/Linux
• Good communication in written English

Bonus points for:

• Familiarity with any of the following technologies will be considered as an advantage: Django REST framework, Elastic search, Scrapy, RabbitMQ, Celery, Logstash, Docker, XML/Xpath, JS, JSON, HTML, CSS
