Role Summary
Owns CRM configuration and data integrity, ensuring HubSpot supports sales processes, reporting, and integrations effectively in pursuit of a frictionless sales model.
Role Purpose
The CRM Administrator manages the day-to-day operations and optimization of HubSpot CRM. The role supports sales process efficiency, maintains data governance, and ensures reliable data for decision-making. Working closely with the Head of CRM & Sales Ops, the CRM Administrator contributes to seamless revenue operations and sales enablement.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage HubSpot CRM configuration, including objects, pipelines, deal stages, user views, and sales tools.
Ensure CRM data governance, reliability, and hygiene across all records to support accurate reporting.
Provide support on service requests related to CRM objects, workflows, and automation.
Manage CRM onboarding by creating, maintaining, and improving process documentation.
Collaborate on sales enablement activities, tools, and training resources to minimize friction in sales processes.
Manage technical integrations between HubSpot and other business systems.
Oversee technical migrations related to CRM and connected tools.
Partner with the Head of CRM & Sales Ops on data-driven improvements and AI-enabled solutions.
