As a Salesforce Developer, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to design, build, and implement scalable Salesforce solutions. You will be involved throughout the development lifecycle—from requirements gathering to coding, deployment, and ongoing support.

Your Responsibilities:

• Develop custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Components, Aura, Visualforce, and JavaScript
• Translate business requirements into scalable technical implementations
• Collaborate with consultants and analysts to deliver CRM functionality
• Perform unit testing, code reviews, and deployments using Git
• Apply object-oriented programming and design patterns to ensure clean, maintainable code
• Configure Salesforce as needed (custom objects, flows, validation rules, etc.)

What Makes You a Great Fit:

• Relatively good knowledge of the Salesforce Platform
  
• Good command of:
  – Apex, SOQL
  – Lightning, Visualforce, Aura-
  – Object-Oriented Programming and design patterns
  – JavaScript, HTML, CSS
  – Git
• Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Comfortable working in cross-functional, agile teams
  
• Salesforce Platform Developer I (PD1) Certification – mandatory
  

Preferred Qualifications:

• 2+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field
• Understanding of Salesforce architecture, data model, and security
• Experience with declarative tools like Flow Builder, validation rules, and page layouts
• Background or interest in business analysis or consulting is a plus
