Your daily routine would include:

• Gather and document business requirements by conducting discovery meetings and workshops, and analysis of existing processes;
• Analyse and translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications;
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define and prioritise features, enhancements and system integrations;
• Participate in the testing and validation of delivered solutions, ensuring they meet the defined requirements and quality standards;
• Support and guide stakeholders in defining their requirements using your knowledge of ServiceNow and ITIL frameworks to ensure outcomes deliver the ask whilst;
• Stay up-to-date with the latest ServiceNow releases and features to ensure we continuously improve our solutions and offerings.

We’ll know you can make it if you have:

• 2+ years experience in a Business Analyst role supporting ServiceNow or similar platforms;
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform capabilities, modules and functionality;
• A good understanding of ITIL v3 or v4;
• Solid analytical and problem solving skills;
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools;
• Excellent communications skills, ability to form strong relationships with a strong customer focus.
