IF YOU ARE
Seasoned with 3+ years in digital consulting, business analysis, or product ownership
Experienced with at least 2 years in DXP or e-commerce platform projects
Skilled in facilitating discovery workshops with senior stakeholders
Confident in scoping projects and defining business, functional, and non-functional requirements that align with both strategic goals and technical feasibility
Proficient in requirements documentation (e.g., epics, user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, customer journey maps, and data mapping)
Familiar with DXP and eCommerce platforms, i.e., Adobe AEM, Sitecore, Optimizely, Magento, Shopify, etc.
Collaborative in partnering with developers, architects, and UX experts to ensure solution alignment and traceability from business needs to delivery
Capable of leading backlog refinement, prioritization, roadmap planning, and change management in agile environments
Strong at stakeholder communication, like managing expectations, preparing clear status updates, and aligning multiple business and technical groups
Curious about headless CMS, personalization, omnichannel strategies, DAM, and commerce trends
AND YOU WANT TO
Lead client-facing workshops to uncover business needs, define scope, and shape implementation roadmaps
Design and configure solutions across CMS, DAM, personalization, and testing tools.
Translate requirements into clear, structured documentation for developers and QA to ensure successful delivery
Provide advisory on platform selection, best practices, and customer experience design across CMS, DAM, personalization, and A/B testing tools
Serve as the functional owner across backlog management, requirement traceability, documentation, and acceptance testing
Ensure alignment between business outcomes, solution design, and technical execution.
