Requirements

2+ years of hands-on experience as a SQL Server administrator (2008–2022 versions).

Strong knowledge of T-SQL and relational database concepts.

Experience with high availability and disaster recovery (AlwaysOn, mirroring, replication).

Ability to troubleshoot and optimize performance issues (query tuning, indexes, deadlocks).

Familiarity with PowerShell, Azure SQL, or DevOps tools is an advantage.

Strong communication and analytical skills, with the ability to work independently.
