Position Overview
In this key role, you will lead and collaborate with multiple stakeholders to design, build, and deliver high-quality web-based solutions for internal customers. You’ll partner closely with business and technical teams to drive value through resilient, scalable, and maintainable software applications.

Responsibilities
Design, develop, and support web-based applications that meet current and future functional and non-functional requirements
Assess user requirements and development stories to estimate effort and scope
Validate your own code and review peers’ code to ensure quality standards
Manage environments, deployment, QA, and release processes
Mentor and guide team members to uphold coding standards and development processes
Collaborate with cross-functional teams following Agile methodologies
Requirements
Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
3-5 years of hands-on experience building web applications using Typescript, Python, FastAPI, and relevant frameworks.
Strong understanding of Agent Frameworks and MCP is a plus.
Proven ability to translate business requirements into effective technical solutions.
Experience in maintaining and supporting applications developed by other teams.
Excellent communication skills with the capability to explain complex technical concepts clearly.
Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills.
Self-motivated, with a passion for mentoring and learning new techniques.
Prior experience working in Agile project environments.
