Responsibilities

Guide the team in developing robust, secure, and maintainable backend solutions.

Conduct thorough code reviews and ensure alignment with design patterns and best practices.

Collaborate with architects and product managers to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

Lead initiatives for code refactoring, performance tuning, and scalability improvements.

Implement PoCs and technical spikes to evaluate new approaches and technologies.

Support CI/CD pipelines, automation, and development tooling improvements.

Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize production systems.

Maintain technical documentation and communicate effectively across multiple Agile teams.

Requirements

5+ years of professional .NET development experience (.NET Framework & .NET Core).

Experience with distributed systems, real-time data processing, and low-latency applications.

Familiarity with event-driven architecture, Kafka, RabbitMQ, and related messaging systems.

Expertise in relational databases (PostgreSQL, MS SQL, Oracle) and ORM frameworks.

Experience with in-memory stores (Redis, Aerospike) and application monitoring tools.

Knowledge of secure coding principles and security best practices.

Strong problem-solving, mentoring, and cross-team collaboration skills.
