Senior Product Designer

We work inseparably with Product, Insights, Risk, and Marketing to create simple, consistent, and high-quality user experiences across our digital wallets. Our current focus is on building scalable design foundations and evolving our cross-platform interface patterns.

We’re looking for a Senior Product Designer to join our multinational UX/UI team at Paysafe and play a key role in shaping intuitive, accessible, and high-impact user experiences across our global digital wallet products.

You’ll work on core consumer products like Skrill, PaysafeCard, and PaysafeCash — reaching millions of users across Europe and beyond.

Paysafe designs and develops a suite of consumer payment applications used around the world. As a Senior Product Designer, you’ll work across mobile and web platforms, driving product initiatives from discovery to delivery. You’ll collaborate closely with Product Managers, UX Researchers, Engineers, and other Designers to solve real user problems through thoughtful design.

This is a hands-on, cross-functional role ideal for someone who combines strong UX thinking, attention to UI detail, and confidence working in fast-paced, iterative environments.

What to expect:

Lead the design of end-to-end product experiences — from user flows and wireframes to prototypes and final UI

Translate business requirements and user needs into clear, scalable, and elegant design solutions

Partner with product, engineering, brand, and research teams to co-create and validate ideas

Bring a strategic design mindset to complex challenges across onboarding, payments, loyalty, and in-app journeys

Use qualitative and quantitative insights to guide and improve your design decisions

Support and mentor mid-level designers through feedback and shared rituals

Ensure consistency by applying patterns from the shared design system and contributing to its improvement when needed

Present your work confidently to stakeholders and advocate for user-centered decisions

To be successful, you need to:

5+ years of experience as a Product Designer, UX/UI Designer, or similar role

A portfolio that demonstrates strong UX thinking, interaction design, and visual polish

Expertise in Figma, including prototyping and component-based design

Experience designing for both mobile and web platforms

Deep understanding of mobile-first and responsive design principles

Familiarity with Material Design and Apple’s Human Interface Guidelines

Excellent collaboration and communication skills (English fluency required)

Bonus: Experience working in fintech or payments is a plus
