Our customer is Anheuser-Busch InBev (AB InBev), the biggest brewery company in the world. We own over 630 beer brands (including Budweiser, Stella Artois, Hoegaarden, Beck’s, Leffe, Chernigivske) in 150 countries and are considered to cover 28% of the global beer market worldwide. European HQ is in Leuven, Belgium.

Europe Solutions operates in a dynamic, growth-focused structure, driving digital transformation through scalable, cloud-based platforms. The team collaborates closely with global stakeholders to align on standards and best practices. In this fast-paced environment, the Senior Solutions Architect plays a key role in cross-functional initiatives and enterprise-wide adoption of data and analytics solutions.

REQUIREMENTS

• 6+ years of experience in platform architecture, data engineering, or ML infrastructure in enterprise environments
• Expertise in designing and implementing scalable cloud-based data solutions using Azure (Databricks, Synapse), with working knowledge of AWS and GCP
• Strong background in building data pipelines, ETL processes, data warehousing, and big data frameworks
• Hands-on experience in platform performance tuning, monitoring, and cost optimization at scale
• Experience leading cross-functional engineering teams, mentoring talent, and fostering a high-performance team culture
• Proficient in applying DevOps and Agile methodologies across the development lifecycle
• Ability to translate business needs into robust technical solutions while aligning with global standards
• Strategic thinker with a hands-on mindset, able to solve complex problems and drive innovation
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, capable of working across technical and non-technical teams

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Define and maintain the architecture of the Europe Data & ML Platform in alignment with global standards
• Localize and integrate global platform components to meet regional needs and regulatory standards
• Lead the CUP (Core Unified Platform) engineering team and drive technical strategy across initiatives
• Ensure platform scalability, security, and cost-effectiveness through modern cloud technologies
• Govern architectural standards, ensuring consistent design and implementation across data & ML solutions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support data, analytics, and AI use cases end-to-end
• Promote DevOps practices to improve automation, deployment, and operational efficiency
• Serve as the go-to technical expert for platform design decisions and innovation
• Monitor performance metrics and continuously improve platform operations and delivery
