We are cooperating with a client who is a leading managed WordPress hosting platform, empowering businesses with the performance, security, and reliability they need to grow online. Their platform automates the complexities of WordPress site management, helping teams focus on content and user engagement instead of infrastructure.
IF YOU ARE
Proficient in SQL and data-centric technologies, including databases, data warehousing, data processing frameworks, and data governance
Experienced in data modeling using DBT with advanced understanding of data organization and normalization
Strong in the software implementation life-cycle, particularly in data product development processes such as Agile, Iterative, Incremental, observability, and automation
Skilled in using one or more cloud platforms, preferably GCP, but also AWS or Azure
Confident with BigQuery and DBT, harnessing these tools for optimal data solutions
Outstanding in communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively convey complex technical concepts and strategies
Highly attentive to detail, with the ability to lead and manage multiple competing priorities effectively
Familiar with big data frameworks
AND YOU WANT TO
Own the internal customer experience: What it means to find, understand, and use data as an analyst, or to change data as an engineer.
Utilize data to develop high-quality insights into our business and our customers
Collaborate with data engineers, architects, and cross-functional technologists to devise and incrementally implement high quality data products and setting clear expectations on projects, deliveries, and change-management
Build and maintain collaborative relationships with stakeholders across the organization, developing a deep understanding of our business and problems
Generate and maintain transparent prioritized value based roadmaps by leading negotiation and trade-off discussions with key partners
Build and manage a product backlog that is transparent and connected to the roadmap
Write excellent user stories, with thoughtful acceptance criteria, that can be translated into engineering work.
Ensure strong scrum Agile collaboration and engagement (daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, backlog grooming/management using Jira, retrospective, team agreements, etc.)
