We are seeking a talented Salesforce CRM Developer & Implementor to join our global Salesforce team on a full-time basis. The role combines strong development expertise with hands-on administration and implementation skills to deliver robust, scalable Salesforce solutions.
Responsibilities:
• Design, develop, and deploy custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flows, and other platform tools.
• Integrate Salesforce with third-party systems via APIs, middleware, or native connectors.
• Configure Salesforce features including objects, fields, workflows, validation rules, page layouts, and Service/Sales Cloud functionality.
• Optimize platform performance, scalability, and security through best-practice.
• Support ongoing Salesforce projects by gathering requirements, implementing enhancements, and improving processes.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in collaboration with the global team.
• Manage user accounts, permissions, and profiles; provide first-tier troubleshooting and support.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution and successful adoption.
• Ensure adherence to Salesforce development standards and governance processes.
Requirements:
• 3+ years of proven hands-on Salesforce development experience [Apex, LWC, Flows].
• Strong understanding of Salesforce administration and implementation best practices, ideally with Service Cloud and Sales Cloud experience.
• Experience with API integrations and connecting Salesforce to external systems.
• Familiarity with tools like Jira or Monday.com for project tracking.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• A proactive team player who can work effectively in a collaborative global environment.
• Salesforce certifications [e.g., Platform Developer I/II, Administrator] are a plus.
