    Job Description

    As a Quality Assurance Engineer, you will play an important role in a dynamic, collaborative, and high-performing team. You will help ensure the delivery of high-quality software by guiding test automation, participating in the development lifecycle, and promoting a culture of quality across the organization.

    What you’ll do:

    • Ensure Product Quality.
    • Validate that the product meets defined acceptance criteria and quality standards through comprehensive testing— automated.
    • Contribute to the Definition of Done (DoD).
    • Early Involvement in Requirements.
    • Participate in backlog grooming and sprint planning to identify ambiguities, edge cases, and test scenarios early in the development cycle, improving clarity and reducing rework.
    • Test Automation & CI/CD Integration.
    • Design automated test suites. Integrate these into CI/CD pipelines to support rapid, reliable, and repeatable deployments.
    • Champion a Quality-First Mindset.
    • Promote best practices in testing and quality assurance. Collaborate with developers, product owners, and other stakeholders to improve the development process.

    Qualifications

    What you’ll bring:

    • 5+ years of experience in software QA, with a focus on test automation and CI/CD.
    • Experience with QA methodologies, tools, and best practices.
    • Proficiency in test automation frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, Playwright) and scripting languages (e.g., Python, JavaScript, or Java).
    • Experience with performance, security, and API testing.
    • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and DevOps practices.
    • Test Automation: Experience with tools like Cypress.
    • API Testing: Using tools like Postman, SoapUI, or REST-assured.
    • Database Knowledge: Ability to write and understand SQL queries for data validation.
    • Performance Testing: Experience with tools like JMeter.
    • Experience with Agile methodologies
