Senior Test Automation Engineer (C#)

Job Description

• Analyze requirements and design comprehensive test strategies, implementing and automating them effectively
• Develop, maintain, and execute automated test scripts using leading frameworks such as Selenium or Playwright (UI automation) and RestAssured / RestSharp (API automation)
• Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to seamlessly integrate automation into the development lifecycle and drive software quality improvements
• Perform automated functional, regression, and integration testing to ensure system reliability
• Identify, log, and track defects, collaborating with development teams to resolve issues quickly and effectively
• Continuously improve and maintain automation frameworks for scalability, efficiency, and long-term maintainability
• Integrate and manage automated tests within CI/CD pipelines

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in test automation
• Strong programming skills in C#
• Hands-on experience with UI automation tools (Selenium, Playwright, or similar)
• Proven experience in API automation using RestAssured or RestSharp
• Solid knowledge of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and automated testing practices
• Familiarity with test management and defect tracking tools (e.g., JIRA Xray, TestRail)
• Experience with version control (Git) and CI/CD test execution processes
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and keen attention to detail
