Junior Product owner – Bancassurance

We are looking for talents, that will become part of this great team as a:

Junior Product owner – Bancassurance, Located in HQ, Sofia

Your responsibilities include:

• Responsible for bancassurance product development from conceptualization to market launch;

• Applying criteria such as business value, customer impact, and technical feasibility to prioritize backlog items;

• Drive the implementation of new features and optimizations based on feedback and evolving requirements;

• Engage with key stakeholders across the company to ensure alignment and clear communication on product priorities and performance;

• Determining customer needs through market research;

• Keep up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor offerings related to insurance products and product development;

What we are looking for:

• A detail-oriented and organized, critical thinker, who is able to work independently;

• Working experience in bancassurance/life insurance or product development experience is preferred;

• A team motivator and active listener;

• Solid communication skills with comfort in speaking with senior management;

• Ability to think strategically and having a long term vision about the product;

• Passion for innovation and “can do” attitude;

• Previous experience as a Product Owner or Product/Business role is a plus;
