Senior AI/ML Engineer with Focus on Gen AI

The Southeast Europe (SEE) branch employs 250+ professionals, operates in Bulgaria and North Macedonia, and has provided services in various sectors (Healthcare, Fintech, Banking, Insurance, E-commerce and Retail, Procurement, etc.) for over 18 years.

In 2022 we stepped above and introduced two innovative software products: Desk Buddy and GROW.

For one of our partners, we are seeking a Senior AI/ML Engineer with a strong focus on General AI.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with development teams on large-scale enterprise initiatives.
• Adhere to the company’s architectural standards and coding practices.
• Set-Up of Cases in Azure Platform, Data Engineering
• Implementation of GenAI use cases in Python / Azure, possibly also some ML, but with a stronger focus on GenAI (e.g., knowledge bots, workflows, etc.)

The skillset we are looking for:

• 5+ years of professional development experience, including Software Design skills
• Proficiency in Python
• Strong understanding of Generative AI concepts and practical experience in implementing AI models.
• Experience in automated testing (e.g. Unit Tests) and Software Development Process and Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment
• Fluent English
