What Are You Going to Do?

We are looking to hire a Senior IAM Specialist to join our nearshoring team. As a Senior IAM Specialist focused on Microsoft solutions, you will lead the design, implementation, and management of identity and access management systems within Microsoft ecosystem. You will play a critical role in defining IAM strategy, securing user identities, managing access policies, and enabling seamless and secure authentication workflows. This position requires a deep understanding of Azure Active Directory, Intunes, Microsoft 365 security features, and related IAM tools.

Main Responsibilities:

• Architect, implement, and maintain Identity and Access Management solutions using Microsoft technologies (Intune,Azure AD, Microsoft Entra ID, Microsoft 365).
• Manage authentication and authorization protocols including OAuth, SAML, OpenID Connect, and Conditional Access.
• Design and enforce identity governance policies, including role-based access control (RBAC), ESAE, privileged access management (PAM), recertification and access reviews.
• Lead integration projects involving Azure AD Connect, federation services (AD FS), Red forest and third-party IAM solutions.
• Oversee user lifecycle management, including provisioning, de-provisioning, and entitlement reviews.
• Collaborate with Security, IT, and Application teams to ensure identity security best practices.
• Monitor and respond to identity-related security incidents and anomalies.
• Develop and maintain documentation, runbooks, and training materials for IAM processes.
• Stay current with Microsoft IAM roadmap, threat landscape, and industry best practices.
• Mentor team members and provide technical leadership in identity projects

What Do We Expect?

• Hands-on experience in Identity and Access Management within Microsoft environments.
• Strong expertise in Azure Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, Microsoft 365 Security & Compliance, and Conditional Access.
• Experience with identity federation, SSO, Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), and Privileged Identity Management (PIM).
• Proficient in scripting and automation using PowerShell or Microsoft Graph API.
• Familiarity with identity governance frameworks and compliance standards (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR).
• Experience with security monitoring tools and incident response related to identity threats.
• Experience with hybrid identity setups (on-premises AD and Azure AD integration).
• Knowledge of third-party IAM tools and solutions (e.g., SailPoint, Okta, Omada).
• Understanding of cloud security practices and Zero Trust principles.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure as code automation.
• Microsoft certifications such as AZ-500 (Microsoft Security), SC-300 (Identity and Access Administrator), or equivalent are highly desirable.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
