    Customer Support Specialist

    ***This position is based in Sofia, Bulgaria, with hybrid working options. Applicants must have a work/residence permit for the respective location.***

    We are looking for a Temporary Sales Operations Assistant to support our SalesOps / Customer Support team with routine operational tasks. The role involves reviewing customer requests, verifying information, and processing them according to established procedures. The ideal candidate has a good command of English, is detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable handling repetitive work. Previous customer communication experience is helpful, but extensive work experience is not required.

    Main Responsibilities:

    • Handle sales operations requests from the sales team, partners, or direct customers mainly in Zendesk in a timely manner with excellent quality. Rarely, a proactive reach-out via phone might be required.
    • Maintain deep knowledge of all sales policies and processes, all Chaos products, the latest pricing lists, and all relevant systems and tools that will be used. Hold others accountable to adhere to the processes.
    • Develop expertise in all existing Sales Operations processes across the whole department and cross-train colleagues.
    • Support the entire team and company in all matters and projects with sales operations knowledge as required.
    • Collaborate with other departments and enable required workflows to ensure the team goals are reached.
    • Continuously identify and adopt process improvements and research best practices.
    • Onboard and train new colleagues when needed.
    • Contribute to building a brand and strong company culture and take responsibility for demonstrating the company values internally and externally.

    Job requirements

    • Good command of English (written and verbal) with clear, professional communication skills.
    • Some customer communication experience — ability to respond to email requests politely and clearly.
    • Attention to detail and basic problem-solving skills — able to review cases and follow defined processes accurately.
    • Basic organizational skills and ability to work with repetitive tasks efficiently.
    • (Nice to have) Familiarity with customer support tools (e.g., Zendesk) or prior experience in sales operations, order processing, or billing.
