Role Overview

We are seeking a hands-on Technical Lead Engineer to lead a Java PS2 team. This team focuses on building scalable, high-performance services that support large data volumes and complex business logic.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, guide, and mentor a team of backend engineers.
• Own the technical design, development, and implementation of backend systems.
• Collaborate with Product Owners and cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver effective solutions.
• Apply best practices in Java development and microservices architecture.
• Review code and provide constructive, actionable feedback.
• Ensure backend services are scalable, maintainable, and high-performing.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
• Drive continuous improvements in development practices and team collaboration.

Requirements:

• 5+ years in Java development, 2+ years leading teams
• Strong CS fundamentals, algorithms, and problem-solving
• Expertise in Spring Boot, microservices, and distributed systems
• Skilled in REST APIs, SQL/ORM, and large-scale data handling
• Familiar with Kafka/RabbitMQ, Docker, Redis, and CI/CD (Jenkins)
• Excellent communicator, fluent in English
