Responsibilities

• Lead and contribute to software development projects focused on CRM and bonus systems
• Perform code reviews to uphold quality standards and promote continuous improvement
• Introduce and apply new tools, techniques, and technologies to optimize development workflows
• Mentor and support team members with technical challenges and best practices
• Collaborate with DevOps and cross-functional teams for smooth solution delivery
• Develop proof-of-concept (PoC) solutions for complex problems
• Maintain and update technical documentation
• Onboard and train new team members
• Drive innovation initiatives and process enhancements within the company
• Ensure compliance with company policies, ethical standards, and confidentiality requirements

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in a technical or similar role
• Strong expertise in .NET Framework, .NET Core, and C# for web application development
• Solid understanding of relational databases (PostgreSQL, MS SQL, Oracle)
• Experience with ORM tools (Entity Framework, Dapper, NHibernate)
• Hands-on experience with in-memory data stores (Redis, Aerospike)
• Familiarity with message brokers (RabbitMQ, Kafka, or similar Pub/Sub systems)
• Proficiency with project management and version control tools (Jira, GitLab, etc.)
