About the Role

We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will collect and interpret data from internal and external sources, identify patterns in user behavior, and provide strategic recommendations that drive business improvement. You will work closely with stakeholders across the organization to ensure data-driven decisions support growth, efficiency, and market competitiveness.

This position is ideal for experienced casino managers with a proven track record in the gaming industry.

Responsibilities:

• Collect and compile data from internal and external sources.
• Extract meaningful insights using data mining methods and analytical tools.
• Identify trends, patterns, and opportunities to enhance business strategies.
• Analyze large datasets to develop actionable business recommendations.
• Review data from multiple perspectives using statistical, visualization, and Business Intelligence (BI) tools to gain deeper insights.
• Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentation materials in the appropriate format.
• Present findings and recommendations to management and stakeholders.
• Provide statistical analyses to support product-related decisions and improve business strategies.
• Interpret data, document key findings, and answer critical business questions.
• Share insights through reports, presentations, dashboards, and visualizations.
• Support business strategy changes by effectively communicating insights to decision-makers.

Requirements:

• Experience working with data in CSV, Excel, Google Sheets, and other databases.
• Strong advantage is an industry experience in a similar analytical or business-focused role.
