We’re expanding our team to help support our clients, prospects, and internal teams with integration. We’re looking for a Specialist who wants to get into the details behind our integrations; how they work, why we use them, and how they benefit our clients. You’ll be a subject matter expert for incoming queries about integrations for our clients and your colleagues.
Some of Your Responsibilities & Core Duties will be:
Assist with setting up and troubleshooting our range of integrations
Support Sales and Client Success Managers with documentation for clients and prospects
Collaborate with the Knowledge Base team to develop and maintain up-to-date Success Portal articles
Prioritize and handle enquiries efficiently
Share knowledge and experience with colleagues to ensure high standards and consistency
Work closely with the Engineering team to raise bugs and improvements related to integrations
Act as Tier 2 support, handling integrations-related issues escalated from Tier 1 across business units
Identify recurring issues and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
The Experience and Key Skills you will have:
2+ years of work experience in a technical support environment with at least 12 months of experience with third-party integrations
API and authentication protocols knowledge
Data mapping and transformation
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
Highly organised with great attention to detail and the ability to evaluate and prioritise customer demands
Be excited to learn new things and curious to understand how everything links together
Flexible with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
Interest in new and emerging technologies
Knowledge of HRIS systems and similar – CRMs, ERPs, etc. (e.g. SAP, Workday)
Exposure to cloud platforms – Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud Platform, Amazon Web Services
