About Our Client
Our client is a leading database consulting company specializing in Microsoft SQL Server solutions for enterprise clients across Bulgaria and Norway. Led by Microsoft MVPs and industry experts, they provide comprehensive database services while maintaining their commitment to developing the next generation of database professionals through their established SQL Master Academy.
Our client is expanding their Data Development & Analytics team and looking for a passionate Data Engineer eager to grow with one of Microsoft’s most innovative platforms – Microsoft Fabric.
What You’ll Do:
Build data platforms using Microsoft Fabric components: OneLake, Dataflows Gen2, Lakehouse, Pipelines, Notebooks, Synapse DW, Power BI Semantic Models.
Work on data ingestion and transformation from on-prem and cloud sources.
Participate in requirements analysis, solution design, and documentation.
Use Azure tools like ADF, Synapse, Data Lake, Databricks, Azure SQL, Azure DevOps.
Apply skills in Power BI, T-SQL, DAX, Power Query, Python in real BI and analytics projects.
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years in SQL Server database development and relational modelling (including DWH, T-SQL).
Interest or some experience with Microsoft Fabric.
Familiarity with SSIS, SSAS, ADF, Synapse, Databricks, or Power BI is a plus.
Strong desire to learn and work in a dynamic, client-focused environment.
Team player with good communication and independent work skills.
