Requirements

Essential Qualifications:

Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in SQL Server Database Development and relational data modeling
Proven expertise in data warehousing methodologies and advanced T-SQL development
Demonstrable experience with Microsoft data stack components: SSIS, SSAS, Azure Data Factory, Synapse, Databricks, Power BI
Genuine interest in or foundational experience with Microsoft Fabric platform
Strong analytical mindset with proven problem-solving capabilities
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with demonstrated ability to work in collaborative environments

Highly Desirable:

Previous consulting experience or client-facing project delivery
Understanding of modern cloud-native data architecture patterns
Experience working in international or cross-cultural business environments
