About Our Client

Our client is growing their Data Development & Analytics team and is looking for a Data Engineer passionate about modern data solutions and eager to work with Microsoft’s cutting-edge platform, Microsoft Fabric. You’ll join a consultancy team delivering projects for clients in Bulgaria and Norway, working with a range of Azure and BI technologies.

Scope of the Role

Build and manage data platforms using Microsoft Fabric (OneLake, Dataflows Gen2, Lakehouse, Pipelines, Notebooks, Synapse DW, Power BI Semantic Models).
Perform data ingestion and transformation from on-premises and cloud sources.
Work on business requirements analysis, solution design, and documentation.
Use Azure services such as ADF, Synapse, Data Lake, Databricks, Azure SQL, and Azure DevOps.
Apply tools like Power BI, T-SQL, DAX, Power Query, and Python in real BI and analytics projects.

Requirements

3+ years of experience in SQL Server database development and relational modelling (including DWH, T-SQL).
Interest or initial experience with Microsoft Fabric.
Knowledge of SSIS, SSAS, ADF, Synapse, Databricks, or Power BI is a plus.
Eagerness to learn, adaptability, and ability to work in a client-oriented environment.
Strong teamwork, communication, and self-management skills.
