External User Handler

We are working on projects around the world: almost all countries in Europe, the Middle East, the USA and Africa. We are a strategic partner of the biggest SAP Services providers, where we are delivering Implementation and Support services. NTT Data Business Solutions is a part of NTT Data Business Solutions Germany.

We are seeking a External User Handler for the corporate organisation of NTT Data Business Solutions in Germany.

• Technical on-, off- and cross-boarding of external resources.
• Interface to other business units, partners and external employees in an international environment.
• Operational coordination of our partner network to ensure maximum delivery quality.
• Helping to shape the entire resource management life cycle in order to further expand our strong internal service globally.
• Independent, structured and proactive way of working, as well as communication skills and the ability to work in a team.
• Working style is characterised by calm and level-headed action, even in challenging situations.
• Intercultural competence.
• Management and administration of the C-users required for SAP projects for internal and external employees.
• Equipment handling for the SAP project business.
• Interface to SAP, other business units, partners and employees in the environment.

Requirements:

• English and German proficiency level.
• Previous experience in the IT environment is considered a strong advantage.
• Previous corporate environment experience is considered an advantage.
• Exceptional soft skills.
• Must demonstrate a strong commitment to integrity.
