*This position is fully remote only for employment in Bulgaria. However, people can also work in one of our offices in Sofia or Varna if they prefer to.

Position Overview

Project details will be defined upon allocation. Candidates should be ready to contribute to the development of complex web applications, participate in front-end modernization efforts, and collaborate with cross-functional teams in agile environments. Projects typically emphasize performance, maintainability, and user experience.

We’re seeking a Senior React Developer to join our bench team — a proactive role supporting upcoming and existing projects across various domains with modern, scalable front-end solutions, while remaining hands-on between assignments.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain performant, scalable, and reusable React components
• Collaborate with designers and backend engineers to implement features based on Figma or technical specs
• Write unit and integration tests to ensure software quality
• Conduct and participate in code reviews
• Optimize applications for speed, accessibility, and responsiveness
• Contribute to technical decisions and knowledge-sharing within the team
• Stay current with industry trends and React ecosystem updates

Requirements

• 4–6 years of hands-on front-end development experience
• 3+ years of commercial experience with React
• Proficiency in TypeScript and modern JavaScript (ES6+)
• Solid understanding of component-driven development and design systems
• Familiarity with Git workflows and collaborative coding
• Experience with front-end testing practices and tools
• Ability to work autonomously and within distributed teams
