As we expand our design team, we’re looking for a Mid-Level UI/UX Designer to support our client — a global leader in health and risk management — in designing intuitive, accessible, and scalable digital experiences.

In this role, you’ll work at the intersection of design, product, and engineering to bring user- centric digital solutions to life. You’ll help evolve the interaction models and visual language of a global digital platform while advocating for design quality and accessibility across diverse user needs.

What You’ll Do

• Collaborate cross-functionally: Work closely with product, design, and engineering teams from early-stage discovery through to launch and iteration.

• Elevate user experience: Contribute to the evolution of interaction models, user flows, and UI components across a suite of digital products.

• Support and maintain the design system: Drive innovation within our design system, ensuring consistency, scalability, and accessibility (WCAG 2.2 AA).

• Create artifacts for clarity: Leverage UCD practices to produce journey maps, user flows, lo-fi designs, prototypes, and system maps to drive team alignment.

• Champion the user: Advocate for the needs of a diverse, global user base, across varying industries and complex scenarios.

• Drive storytelling: Clearly communicate the rationale, impact, and narrative of your designs to internal and external stakeholders.

• Plan for scale: Contribute to the design roadmap and release planning alongside other designers and product leads.

• Ensure design quality: Serve as a voice of “what good looks like” to internal teams and our client’s broader partner ecosystem.

What You Bring

• 3–5 years of hands-on experience in product design, with a strong portfolio across web and mobile interfaces.

• Experience contributing to and maintaining complex design systems.

• Demonstrated understanding of user-centered design, accessibility principles, and usability best practices.

• Experience conducting or leveraging user research to inform design decisions.

• Ability to clearly articulate design rationale, value, and decisions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Solid collaboration experience with cross-functional teams (product, engineering, research).

• Familiarity with product development cycles, agile processes, and iterative releases.

• Strong proficiency in Figma, along with tools like Jira and prototyping platforms.

• Understanding of basic front-end development concepts to support alignment with engineering.

• Bonus points for experience in medical, security, or high-compliance environments.

• Interest or experience in AI/GenAI applications and how they integrate into user experiences.

• Familiarity with design thinking, service blueprinting, and measuring UX impact (e.g., via Nielsen Norman principles).

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in design, HCI, communications, marketing, or a related field – or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
