We are seeking a Senior UI/UX Designer to join a high-impact digital product team supporting our client, a global leader in health and risk management. In this role, you’ll bring strategic vision and execution to the evolution of a complex suite of digital tools used worldwide. You’ll play a key part in defining interaction models, leading design systems, and advocating for design quality at every step.

What You’ll Do

• Collaborate across disciplines: Partner closely with empowered product, design, and engineering teams from discovery to delivery, ensuring human-centered design is embedded throughout.

• Lead design evolution: Shape and scale the interaction models, experiences, and UI of a diverse suite of digital products used across the globe.

• Own and evolve the design system: Manage and continuously improve our client’s complex design system to support consistency, accessibility, and usability at scale.

• Champion design quality: Advocate for high standards and help define “what good looks like” across product teams and stakeholders.

• Strategic design planning: Collaborate on design roadmaps and help prioritize initiatives across “now, next, and later” product releases.

• Deliver with UCD methods: Use tools like user flows, IA frameworks, low-fidelity prototypes, and system mapping to define and communicate problems and opportunities.

• Stay grounded in user needs: Keep diverse user scenarios and global needs at the forefront of your decision-making.

• Evangelize design: Communicate the value of design through storytelling, workshops, and external presentations to stakeholders and partners.

What You Bring

• 6+ years of hands-on product design experience, with an impressive portfolio spanning mobile and web.

• Proven experience leading and contributing to large-scale design systems and maintaining their quality over time.

• Deep fluency in user-centered design practices, from early research to final execution.

• Strong experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams, including engineers and product managers.

• Demonstrated ability to explain the “why” behind your designs — including rationale, user impact, and business value.

• Experience with user research and applying insights to product strategy and interaction design.

• Knowledge of WCAG 2.2 AA accessibility standards and a passion for inclusive design.

• Expert in tools like Figma, Jira, and prototyping platforms.

• Understanding of development processes, with a working knowledge of HTML/CSS or front-end systems to support collaboration with developers.

• Experience with complex domains (e.g., medical, security, or risk management) is a strong plus.

• Familiarity with AI and GenAI applications in product experiences is highly desirable.

• Comfortable navigating SaaS, cloud platforms, and large enterprise ecosystems.

• Experienced with design thinking, service blueprinting, and product management processes.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in design, HCI, communications, marketing, or a related field — or equivalent professional experience.
